Abstract
Instrukcijski dizajn kao edukacijski i komunikacijski alat za poboljšanje internih komunikacijskih procesa može pridonijeti rastu i razvoju organizacije. Slijedeći pravila grafičkog dizajna i multimedijskih načela, instrukcijski dizajn stavlja naglasak na oblikovanje multimedijskih prezentacija koje danas sve češću primjenu imaju u korporativnoj edukaciji i obrazovnom sustavu općenito, a sve kako bi se izbjegla mogućnost opterećenja ljudske kognitivne arhitekture. Za potrebe izrade ovog diplomskog rada osmišljeno je istraživanje koje je usmjereno na utvrđivanje elemenata koji pridonose boljem pamćenju osoba koje uče korištenjem multimedijskih prezentacija. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo sveukupno 231 ispitanika koji su bili raspoređeni u sedam različitih grupa istraživanja. Namjera istraživanja je bila utvrditi utjecaj različitih multimedijskih formata integriranih u prezentaciju na pamćenje ispitanika. Diplomski rad sastoji se od 19 fotografija i shema, 28 tablica, 10 grafikona te 89 literaturnih referenci.

Instructional Design as an educational and communication tool, used for improvement of internal communication processes can contribute to the growth and development of an organization. Following rules of graphic design and multimedia principles, Instructional Design emphasizes the importance of developing a medium that doesn't overload human cognitive architecture. Multimedia presentations, which are often used in Corporate Education and educational systems in general, are just one example of such a medium. For the purpose of this thesis, a research was conducted which focused on determining the elements which can contribute to better recall of persons who learn by using multimedia presentations. There was a total of 231 respondents involved in this research. They were divided into seven different groups. The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of different multimedia formats integrated into presentation on a recall of respondents. This thesis contains 19 photographs and illustrations, 28 tables, 10 graphs and 89 literature references.
