Abstract Svaka organizacija se tijekom svog djelovanja iz nekog razloga može naći u krizi, a zbog lošeg kriznog komuniciranja može se dovesti u pitanje njena reputacija. Iskustva iz prakse kao i relevantna literatura potvrđuju da se za krizu treba pripremiti jer se na taj način mogu spriječiti njeni negativni učinci, ali se ona može i na jednostavniji način prebroditi, a u nekim situacijama možda i biti izazov u poslovanju neke organizacije. Zahvaljujući medijima pozitivna krizna komunikacija može dovesti do većeg pozitivnog ugleda organizacije ili poduzeća.
Dosadašnja praksa u ovom području, a i svaka dostupna literatura, usmjerene su na krizno komuniciranje u korporacijama. U ovom radu posebna pozornost poklonit će se vatrogasnoj djelatnosti i kriznom komuniciranju u toj djelatnosti.
Vatrogasna djelatnost je, kako navodi Zakon o vatrogastvu, stručna i humanitarna djelatnost od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Propisane su opće odredbe koje propisuju ustroj i djelovanje vatrogasnih službi, pod čijom su nadležnošću, koje su njihove obaveze i odgovornosti, ali i ovlasti. To je djelatnost koja uvijek djeluje u kriznoj situaciji. Vatrogasna služba je zbog same svoje djelatnosti izložena velikim količinama stresa, izložena je očima javnosti jer njihov svaki zadatak je stres, na koji trebaju odgovoriti. Stoga njihova komunikacija treba biti jasna, pravovremena i otvorena kako unutar organizacije tako i na vanjskom planu. Međutim postavlja se opravdano pitanje, prepoznaju li mediji i javnosti na društvenim mrežama njihovu važnost, te kako ta percepcija djeluje na učinkovito djelovanje vatrogasne službe i stvaranje imidža u zajednici.
Abstract (english) Each organization can find itself in a crisis for its own reasons for some reason, and because of its bad communication, its reputation may be questioned. Practical experience as well as relevant literature confirm that the crisis needs to be prepared because it can prevent its negative effects, but it can easily be overcome, and in some situations it may be a challenge to the organization's business.Thanks to the media, a positive crisis can lead to a greater positive reputation of the organization or enterprise.
The current practice in this area, and every available literature, is aimed at crisis communication in corporations. In this paper special attention will be given to fireworks and crisis communication in this activity.
The fire-fighting activity is, as stated in the Law on Fire, Professional and Humanitarian Activities of Interest for the Republic of Croatia. The regulations are general provisions that prescribe the organization and operation of fire brigades, under whose jurisdiction, which is their obligation and responsibility, but also powers. It is an activity that always works in crisis situations. The fire brigade because of its own activities is exposed to large amounts of stress, is exposed to the public's eyes because every task is a stress to be answered. Therefore, their communication needs to be clear, timely and open both internally and externally. However, there is a question of whether the media and the public in the social network recognize their importance and how this perception works on the effective functioning of the fire brigade and the creation of community image.
