Abstract
Svakodnevno poslovanje organizacija temeljeno je na međusobnoj komunikaciji svih članova i vanjskih suradnika. Samom komunikacijom se postižu organizacijski ciljevi i zbog toga je važno da komunikacija bude uspješna. U svakoj se organizaciji realizira veći broj komunikacijskih mreža koje su međusobno isprepletene. Komunikacija se pojavljuje u različitim oblicima,a to su: pismena, usmena, neverbalna te elektronička komunikacija. One se mogu odvijati putem formalnih i neformalnih kanala. Komunikacija u današnjem poslovnom okruženju je izazov gdje trebate naučiti kako se povezati sa svojim publikom, znati ukloniti komunikacijske prepreke, usvojiti pristup orijentiran na publiku te unaprijediti svoje osnovne komunikacijske vještine.

Everyday business organization is based on mutual communication of all members and associates. The communication to achieve organizational goals and therefore it is important that communication is successfull. In every organization is implemented more communication networks. Communication occurs in various forms, namely : written, oral, non – verbal, and electronic communication. They make take place through formal and informal channels. Communication in today`s business enviroment is challenge where you need to learn how to connect with your audience, know to remove communication barriers, adopt and aproach focused on the audience and improve your communication skills.
