The final work topic is Mapping the flow of values in Lean production. After introduction, in the second part of work it is said about the development of Lean metodology and its evolution through Toyota TPS way of production. The third part of work is about the Lean management and waste, which are in the special focus when talking about Lean system. The fourth part of work is based on the Lean tools and methods, so the next sixth under section are oriented on explaining methods: 5S, Kaizen, JIT, Kanban, TPM and VSM. The special accent is put on VSM method and it is explained in the three additional under sections. The practical part of the final work is located in the fifth part and there is shorty described the company Eko Međimurje d.d. from Šenkovec, whith their production program and organizational structure. Below follows description of an infiltration of the Lean procces in the company and there is built the currently condition map of one production. In the end is recommended the future condition map of process whith defined improvement implementation.
