Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je projektirati i realizirati proceduru virtualne verfikacije strojne obrade (glodanja) za odabranu kombinaciju CAD/CAM sustava. U uvodnom djelu ukratko je opisana strojna obrada glodanje. Dati je osvrt na tro-osne CNC glodalice. Nakon toga definirana je povezanost CAD/CAM sustava te su objašnjeni programi SolidWorks i SolidCAM u kojem je rađeno. U drugom djelu rada prikazan je postupak modeliranja zadanog komada u program SolidWorks. Prikazan je postupak programiranja izmodeliranog komada u program SolidCAM. Iz navedenih kataloga alata odabrani su alati i parametri obrade za svaku operaciju. Putanja alata pojedine operacije detaljno je prikazana simulacijom. U zadnjem djelu napravljena je analiza vremena obrade te simulacija putanje alata.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this thesis is the projection and realization of virtual verification procedures of machine processing (milling), for a selected combination of CAD/CAM systems. In the introductory part there is a brief description of milling and a review of 3-axis CNC milling machines. After that, the connection between CAD/CAM systems is explained, and an explanation of the programs SolidWorks/SolidCAM in which the work was made. In the second part of the thesis the procedure of modeling the given part in SolidWorks, and the procedure of programming it in SolidCAM are shown. From the given tool catalogues, tools and parameters of processing are chosen for each operation. The trajectory of the tools of each individual operation are also shown in detail with a simulation. In the last part of the thesis an analysis of the time taken for the processing, and the simulation of tool trajectory is given.
