Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su tople pukotine kod zavarivanja aluminijske legure AW 6016 (AlMg0,4Si1,2). U uvodnom dijelu rada je opisan proces proizvodnje aluminija te njegova svojstva i primjena. Detaljno su opisane aluminijske legure, njihovo označivanje, podjela te njihova zavarljivost. U trećem poglavlju rada su opisani procesi nastanka toplih pukotina, njihove vrste te su opisane metode ispitivanja osjetljivosti zavarenih spojeva na nastanak toplih pukotina. Main topic of this paper are hot cracks when welding aluminum alloy AW 6016 (AlMg0,4Si1,2). Introductory part of this paper describes the process of production of aluminum and its properties and applications. Aluminum alloys, their designation, division and their weldability are described in detail.
