Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima iznimno je bitna menadžerska funkcija u poslovanju poduzeća jer brine o sebi i svojim zaposlenicima. Ljudskom kapitalu se u modernom načinu poslovanja pristupa vrlo ozbiljno i sa puno aspekata. Ovo je jedna od disciplina usmjerena prema unapređenju razvoja i trajne investicije ulaganjem u ljudski kapital. Najvažniji resurs je čovjek. Ipak, upravljanju najvažnijeg resursa se dosad u praksi pridavalo najmanje pažnje. Upravljanje ljudima, kao najznačajnijim resursima poduzeća, veoma je složen i višedimenzionalan proces. Nije lako upravljati ljudima, njihovim ponašanjem i njihovim potencijalima. O ljudima i njihovim resursima ovisi uspješnost odnosno profitabilnost cijele organizacije, pomoću njihovih znanja i vještina koja posjeduju, ostvaruju se strategijski ciljevi organizacije.
Abstract (english)
Abstract Human resource management is an extremely important managerial function in the operating of the company because it takes care of himself and his employees. In the modern business method, the human capital of the company is very seriously approached from many aspects. This is one of the disciplines aimed at improving development and sustainable investment by investing in human capital. People are considered to be the most important resource of the company. However, the management of the most important resources has so far been payed the least attention in practice. Human resource management, as the most significant company resource, is a very complex and multidimensional process. It is not easy to manage people, their behavior and their potentials. The success and profitability of the entire organization depend on people and their resources because the strategic goals of the organization are achieved through the knowledge and skills that employees possess.
