The topic of this final paper is Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans, while the purpose of the paper is to point out the importance of monitoring the quality of life and it's increase to point out the importance of increasing awareness of emissions, frequency of personal vehicles, the importance of non-motorized traffic and service public city transport as well as increasing it's quality and reducing energy consumption. An urban sustainable logistics plan is a set of logistics activities that ensure the simultaneous synergistic achievement of economic and environmental goals in accordance with increasingly stringent environmental and consumer protection laws. Urban or city logistics aims to optimize the entire logistics system within the city area. In the first part of the paper, city traffic is defined, it's problems and solutions to the problem are proposed, after which the paper focuses on the concept of urban logistics and the measures by which it's maintenance is carried out. Also, the concept of sustainable urban mobility plans is discussed, while at the end of the paper, the City of Rijeka Plan and the Dundee City Plan are presented as an example.
