Abstract
Glavni zadatak završnog rada je razrada tehnološke pripreme proizvodnje osovine poluge za protupovratni ventil DN 400 modela V2-08, čija se proizvodnja odvija u tvrtki MIV d.d. Opisan je protupovratni ventil, njegova namjena, ugradnja, održavanje te životni vijek. Za osovinu poluge određen je materijal prema zahtjevima proizvoda. Definirana je tehnologija izrade s mikro razradom svake operacije te su prikazani svi potrebni alati. Također, u radu se razmatra isplativost i mogućnost unaprjeđenja proizvodnje kroz modernije strojeve i alate. Sva dokumentacija i dobiveni rezultati nalaze se u sljedećim poglavljima rada.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study is to describe the process of technological preparation for the production of lever shaft for swing check valve DN 400 model V2-08, which is produced in the company MIV d.d. This study illustrates the check valve itself, its usage, installation, maintenace and lifetime. The material for the lever shaft has been designed to meet the product requirements. The manufacturing technology with micro-level elaboration of each operation is defined and all the necessary tools are presented. Moreover, the issuse od cost-effectiveness is discussed in this study, as well as the possibility of improving production using modern machines and tools. All process documentation and results obtained can be found in the following chapters of this study.
