Abstract
Završni rad je koncipiran kao arhitektonski projekt s predračunom troškova potkrijepljen teorijskom obradom tematike. U ovom radu projektirana je građevina za potrebe obavljanja vatrogasne djelatnosti. Podaci korišteni za izradu ovog rada prikupljeni su iz stručne literature, zakona, interneta te bilješki s predavanja iz kolegija Organizacije građenja. Za izradu predračuna troškova korišten je izrađeni arhitektonski projekt, a obrađeni su zemljani, betonski, izolaterski i bravarski radovi. Ukupna cijena koštanja radova iznosi 242.876,63 kn.
Abstract (english)
The final work was designed as an architectural project with cost calculation supported by theoretical elaboration of topics. In this paper a building is designed for the purpose of fire fighting activities. Data used for the elaboration of this paper are collected from professional literature, laws, the Internet and notes from the course of construction organization. The designed architectural project was used for the preparation of the cost calculation, and the land, concrete, insulation and locksmith works were analyzed. Total cost is 242.876,63 kn.
