Abstract | Tema završnog rada obuhvaća izgradnju novog dijela bolnice u Šibeniku, a zadatak je baziran na organizaciji svih građevinskih radova na objektu. Svi projekti i sva ostala dokumentacija, uključujući i slike, nabavljeni su od strane glavnog izvođača. Firma Inovator d.o.o. sa svojom ponudom na javnom natječaju dobila je posao, koji je sufinanciran od strane Europskih fondova, te je vrijednost projekta nešto manja od 20 000 000 kn. Tehnički opis izvučen je iz glavnog projekta te je skraćen na najvažnije dijelove koje obuhvaćaju građevinske dijelove. Kod tehnologije izvođenja, sve je potkrijepljeno sa slikama sa gradilišta, a za sam opis korišten je troškovnik i glavni projekt uz konzultacije sa tadašnjim voditeljem projekta. Shema gradilišta je sastavljena od strane autora, na temelju slika i razgovora s izvođačem. Za analizu cijena korišten je troškovnik zadan glavnim projektom, a cijene su dobivene izračunom po primjeru prve stavke. Kao zadnja cjelina bio je vremenski plan izvođenja koji se slagao po troškovniku, odnosno po aktivnostima s gradilišta, a sam gantogram izrađen je od strane autora uz konzultacije s voditeljem radova. |
Abstract (english) | The topic of the final paper includes the construction of a new part of the hospital in Šibenik, and the task is based on the organization of all construction works on the building. All projects and all other documentation, including pictures, were procured by the main contractor. The company Innovator d.o.o. with her offer at the public tender, she won the job, which was co-financed by European funds, and the value of the project is slightly less than HRK 20,000,000. The technical description was extracted from the main project and shortened to the most important parts that include construction parts. In terms of execution technology, everything is supported by pictures from the construction site, and the cost sheet and the main project were used for the description, in consultation with the project manager at the time. The scheme of the construction site was drawn up by the author, based on pictures and conversations with the contractor. For the price analysis, the cost sheet given by the main project was used, and the prices were calculated according to the example of the first item. As the last unit, there was a time plan for execution, which was agreed according to the cost list, that is, according to the activities on the construction site, and the Gantt chart itself was created by the author in consultation with the works manager. |
