Abstract
U ovom je radu prikazana izrada tehnološkog procesa za CNC obradu spojke u programu Mastercam 2024. U uvodom dijelu rada riječ je općenito o spojkama, proizvodnji te tijeku tehnološke pripreme proizvodnje. Ukratko su opisani postupci obrade odvajanjem čestica korišteni u procesu izrade, ali i važnost izbora režima obrade za postizanje optimalnog procesa. Za svaku od korištenih operacija navedeni su općeniti podatci o samoj tehnologiji, režimima obrade i alatima. U nastavku je prikazana izrada... More tehnološkog procesa popraćena režimima obrade za svaki zahvat te su priložene fotografije korištenih alata i simulacije. Na kraju rada stoji kratki osvrt o korištenim tehnologijama izrade te izabranom slijedu i ekonomičnosti proizvodnje. Izradu simulacije i spojke omogućila je tvrtka Sems d.o.o. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the development of the technological process for CNC clutch processing in Mastercam 2024. The introductory part of the paper deals in general with clutches, production and technological preparation of production. The machining procedures used in the manufacturing process are briefly described, as well as the importance of choosing cutting conditions for achieving optimal process. General data on the technology itself, cutting conditions and tools are provided for each of... More the operations used. The development of the technological process accompanied by cutting conditions for each operation is presented below, and photographs of the tools and simulations used are enclosed. At the end of the paper, there is a brief overview of the manufacturing technologies used and the chosen production sequence and cost-effectiveness.
