Pregnancy is the normal physiological state of every woman for 9 calendar months. It is a condition in which major changes occur in the body of every pregnant woman. Changes are external and internal. The main ones are: hormonal, physiological and anatomical changes. The main changes are hormonal, physiological and anatomical changes. Hormonal changes affect many factors in pregnancy and one of them is the psychological state of women during pregnancy. Significant changes occur in the cardiovascular, respiratory and thermoregulatory system. A huge role in maintaining a healthy pregnancy has maintaining correct posture and strengthen the muscles that will facilitate the course of pregnancy and recovery after childbirth. An important role of maintaining the pregnancy has exercise or any physical activity. In order to carry out exercise smoothly and safely during pregnancy, it is necessary to pay attention to all the absolute and relative contraindications described in this work. Exercising during pregnancy with regular control and supervision has a positive impact on the mother and child. Women who exercise tolerate childbirth more easily and recover better and faster after it. Every exercise program should include aerobic exercise, strength training, exercises circulation, stretching and relaxation. This paper presents an exercise program by quarters.
