Logistics and warehousing are two key components in the supply chain. They go together because the warehouse plays a key role in the logistics process as one of the places where goods and materials are temporarily stored during the various stages of distribution. In this paper, the system of the Lesnina company is presented and analyzed. The chapters of the thesis describe the work of the company, starting with the organization of the company itself, the principle and models of work in sales and warehouse, the personnel and organizational structure, the relationship with customers, and models and ways of receiving, storing and transporting goods. Also, the work will go into an in-depth analysis of the warehouse zone itself, which includes the entire warehouse process through a description of the process of receiving goods, storage, commissioning, packaging, issuing goods, and waste disposal. At the end of the thesis, the process of storing goods, which is the largest part of the work in the warehouse, was analyzed in detail, and some possible solutions were proposed to improve the process.
