The topic of my final thesis is the research of construction works required for the creation of a fire station in Vetropack Straža. The analysis encompasses the key phases of the construction process, including planning, execution, supervision, and resource management. In my final thesis, I described the data about the project and created a measurement proof for carpentry works that were not included in the cost estimate, thereby determining the amount of formwork that needs to be installed. Further elaboration includes a detailed technical description of the building, where I specified the location, area, purpose, and other data that constitute the technical description. I detailed the execution technology, explaining how and why all types of works necessary for the construction of the building will be performed. I conducted a price analysis, thoroughly examining and estimating the costs necessary for the construction project, which includes cost elements such as materials, labor, and so on. Additionally, I created a site layout scheme that shows the arrangement and organization on the construction site for a specific construction project, and a Gantt chart (work execution schedule) as a graphical representation of the timeline of construction activities.
