Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je obraditi problematiku osiguranja kvalitete izvedbe zavarenih spojeva u proizvodnji na primjeru proizvodnje trafokotlova. U prvom dijelu opisane su vrste pogrešaka, zbog čega nastaju i u kojem dijelu zavarenog spoja se najčešće pojavljuju. Kasnije su opisane najčešće korištene metode ispitivanja zavarenog spoja bez razaranja (NDT) u proizvodnji, vizualna kontrola te ispitivanje penetrantima, magnetskim česticama, ultrazvukom i radiografijom. U zadnjem dijelu dati su primjeri primjene svake od prethodno navedenih NDT metoda u proizvodnji trafokotlova, s obrazloženjem razloga primjene određene metode.

Goal of this work is to issue quality control of welded joints in manufacture of power transformers. In first part it discuss common types of mistakes in welding industry. Then it proceeds with description of most common NDT methods. Last section includes examples of application of previously mentioned NDT methods in manufacture of power transformers.
