Abstract
Predmet završnog rada je sanacija kamenih fasada. Kroz rad pokazuje se efikasnost i ekonomičnost kamenih fasada. Kamen je kroz povijest bio osnovni građevinski materijal u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Najpoznatiji Hrvatski kamen je s otoka Brača od kojeg su napravljene znamenitosti diljem svijeta i Hrvatske. Rad prikazuje i objašnjava način postavljanja i način izvedbe kamenih fasada. Ekonomski utjecaj na smanjenje toplinske energije izgradnjom ventiliranih kamenih fasada. Isplativost građenja ventiliranih kamenih fasada i financijske potpore Republike Hrvatske i Europske Unije.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this bachelor thesis elaborates on the restoration of stone facades. The work displays the efficiency and economic efficiency/ profitability of stone facades. Throughout history stone is a substantial building material, not only in Croatia but all over the world. The most known Croatian stone is mined from the quarries of the island of Brac, and was used for the construction for a great number of sights worldwide. This thesis indicates and explains detailed the construction of stone facades. Moreover it illustrates the economic impact on the energy efficiency and especially on the lowering of thermal energy by building ventilating stone facades. Furthermore the cost effectiveness of the extension of ventilating stone facades and the subvention through the Republic of Croatia and the European Union are discussed.
