Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se temom primjene kompozitnih materijala u automobilskoj industriji. U uvodu rada prikazan je pregled i sistematizacija kompozitnih materijala, struktura kompozitnih materijala, kao i prednosti i nedostaci istih. Također, dan je i pregled ostalih tehničkih materijala primjenjivih u automobilskoj industriji. Dani su primjeri uporabe polimernih, keramičkih i metalnih kompozita u izradu karoserije, eksterijera, interijera i dijelova ispod poklopca motora. U radu je ukratko opisan turbopunjač i princip rada turbopunjača. Objašnjena je i mehanička otpornost pri povišenim temperaturama. Zahvaljujem se obitelji i dečku na strpljenju i podršci. Također se zahvaljujem mentoru dipl.ing. Marku Horvatu na savjetima tijekom izrade rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of application of composite materials in the automotive industry. In the introduction to the paper, it's shown the review and systematization of composite materials, the structure of composite materials, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the same are given. Also, there is overview of other technical materials in the automotive industry. There are given examples of the application of polymeric, ceramic and metal composites in body, exterior, interior and parts beneath the engine cover. The paper briefly describes turbocharger and the principle of turbocharger operation. It is also explained mechanical resistance on high temperatures.
