Abstract
U ovome radu obrađena je tema plazma zavarivanje nehrđajućih čelika. Na početku rada napravljen je uvod o razvoju nehrđajućih čelika te je navedena njihova podjela. U njihovoj podjeli navedene su karakteristike pojedinih nehrđajućih čelika. U nastavku je opisan postupak plazma zavarivanja, oprema za plazma zavarivanje, režimi rada plazma zavarivanja i specifičnosti plazma zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnome dijelu rada opisan je postupak plazma zavarivanja cijevi odnosno, opisano je koji se nehrđajući čelik koristi, koja oprema za plazma zavarivanje, parametri zavarivanja, deformacija i toplinska obrada cijevi. Na kraju rada opisana je kontrola kvalitete zavara i cijevi.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes plasma arc welding of stainless steel. Development of stainless steels and their classification, which also includes the characteristics of individual stainless steels, are described in the introduced. The following describes the plasma arc welding process, the plasma arc welding equipment, the modes of operation of the plasma welding and the specifics of the plasma welding. Experimental part of the paper describes the plasma arc welding process of the pipe and describes which stainless steel is used, which plasma arc welding equipment, welding parameters, deformation and heat treatment of the pipe. The quality control of welds and pipes are described at the end of the paper.
