Abstract
Završni rad sadrži teorijski opis i klasifikaciju polimera, klasifikaciju i postupke zavarivanja plastičnih masa s detaljnom analizom ultrazvučnog zavarivanja plastičnih masa. Obrađene su osnovne značajke polimera i njihova podjela, deformacijska stanja i svojstva te njihovo ponašanje na povišenim temperaturama. Opisane su plastične mase, njihova podjela i primjena te su analizirani najvažniji postupci zavarivanja plastičnih masa. Posebno je izdvojeno i analizirano ultrazvučno zavarivanje. Opisan je postupak ultrazvučnog zavarivanja i najvažniji dijelovi uređaja s fokusom na projektiranje i proizvodnju sonotroda. Na kraju su objašnjena osnovna načela ultrazvučnog zavarivanja metala i termoplasta s analizom pozitivnih i negativnih čimbenika korištenja takvog postupka u strojarskoj proizvodnji.
Abstract (english)
This paper contains a theoretical description and classification of polymers, classification and welding procedures of plastic masses with a detailed analysis of ultrasonic welding of plastic masses. The basic characteristics of polymers and their division, deformation states and properties, and their behavior at elevated temperatures are explained. Plastic masses, their division and application are described and the most important welding procedures of plastic masses are analyzed. Ultrasonic welding was singled out and analyzed. The process of ultrasonic welding and the most important parts of the device with a focus on the design and production of welding horns are described. Finally, the basic principles of ultrasonic welding of metals and thermoplastics are explained with the analysis of positive and negative factors of using such a process in mechanical engineering.
