Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati utjecaj brzine laserskog rezanja na kvalitetu samog reza. Rezani su ispitni uzorci debljine 5 mm od nekoliko vrsta metala (opći konstrukcijski čelik, nehrđajući čelik, aluminijeva legura) na fiber laseru njemačkog proizvođača Trumpf. Ispitivanja odnosno mjerenja samih uzoraka provedena su na Sveučilištu Sjever u Varaždinu. Teorijski dio rada fokusiran je na lasersko rezanje kao tehnologiju toplinskog rezanja iz skupine suvremenih proizvodnih tehnologija. Opisuje sam stroj i princip rada istog, tehnologiju laserskog rezanja, ali i daje jedan generalni uvid u suvremene proizvodne tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to examine the influence of cutting speed on the quality of the cut itself using a fiber laser. Test samples 5 mm thick will be cut from several types of metal (construction steel, stainless steel, aluminum) on a fiber laser from the German manufacturer Trumpf. Tests and measurements of the samples themselves were conducted at the University North in Varaždin. The theoretical part of the paper is focused on laser cutting as a processing technology by separating particles from the groups of modern production technologies. It describes the machine and the principle of operation of the same, laser cutting technology, but also gives a general insight into modern production technologies.
