Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisani su strojevi koji služe za manipulaciju trupcima iz teško dostupnih šumskih dijelova te je navedena i moguća nadogradnja na takve strojeve. Opisane su prednosti korištenja prednje daske za traktor. Izrađen je 3D model prednje daske za traktor International 1055, izrađen 2D nacrt za izrezivanje elemenata daske pomoću CNC plazme, prikazan način sklapanja svih elemenata i izračunata potrebna veličina cilindara te potreban tlak unutar hidrauličnog sustava. Na samom kraju prikazano je do kakvih naprezanja dolazi unutar ploče pomoću koje je daska pričvršćena za traktor.
Abstract (english)
In this master`s thesis describes the machines that are used to extract wood from hard-to-reach forest areas and lists the possible upgrade to such machines. The advantages of using a tractor front board are described. A 3D model of the front board for the International 1055 tractor was made, a 2D drawing for cutting the board elements using CNC plasma was made, the method of assembling all the elements was shown and the required cylinder size and required pressure inside the hydraulic system were calculated. At the very end, it is shown what stresses occur inside the screws with which the board is attached to the tractor.
