Abstract
U diplomskom radu prikazan je postupak izrade gumene brtve vulkanizacijom u kalupu. Najprije će se izraditi prototip brtve tehnologijom 3D printa, koji će kasnije poslužiti za provjeru dimenzija brtve. Nakon toga prikazana je konstrukcija i izrada kompresijskog (klasičnog) kalupa s jednim gnijezdom, te izrada gumene brtve vulkanizacijom od odabrane smjese. Također je opisan odabir odgovarajuće gumene smjese ovisno o uvjetima eksploatacije brtve. Na kraju će biti prikazana konstrukcija injekcijskog kalupa s više gnijezda, koji bi se koristio u slučaju velikoserijske narudžbe brtvi, npr. 2000 ili više komada. Za izradu 3D modela brtve i kalupa te za izradu tehničke dokumentacije korišten je programski paket SolidWorks 2020, dok je za postprocesiranje prilikom 3D printa korišten program Ultimaker Cura 4.13.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis will present the production of a rubber seal by vulcanization in a mold. First, a prototype of the seal will be made by 3D printing technology, which will be used to make a dimensional check of the seal. Then, the construction and production of a compression (classic) mold with one nest and the production of a rubber seal by vulcanization of the selected mixture will be presented. The selection of the appropriate rubber compound depending on the operating conditions of the seal will be shown. Finally, the construction of a multi-nest injection mold will be shown as would be used in the case of a large-scale order of seals, eg 2000 or more pieces. The SolidWorks 2020 software package was used to create the 3D model of the seal and the mold and to create the technical documentation, while theUltimaker Cura 4.13 software was used to post-process the 3D print.
