Abstract
Tema završnog rada je organizacija građenja izgradnje stambene građevine na otoku Ugljanu, zaseok Batalaža, u općini Preko. U ovom završnom radu, opisan je tehnički opis građevine s detaljnom tehnologijom izvođenja po stavkama građevinskih radova, uključujući zemljane radove, armiračke radove, betonske radove, zidarske radove i tesarske radove. Shema gradilišta je tlocrtno prikazana i izrađena je u programu „Autocad“. Izrađen je tablični prikaz analize cijena za svaku stavku troškovnika građevinskih radova i plan izvođenja radova iz kojeg je vidljivo da radovi započinju 4. travnja 2022., a završavaju 8. listopada 2022. (95 dana).
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final thesis is the organization of the contruction of residential building on the island of Ugljan, Batalaža settlement, in the municipality of Preko. In this final thesis, a technical description of the building is provided, including a detailed contruction technology for each item of contruction work, including earthworks, reinforcement works, concrete works, bricklaying works, a carpentry works. The contruction site layout is presented in a floor plan and was created using „Autocad“ software. A tabular representation of cost analysis is provided for each item in the contruction work cost estimate, along with a work execution plan that indicates the start date of April 4, 2022, and the completion date of October 8, 2022 (95 days).
