Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad pratit će se sve faze grafičke proizvodnje koje uključuju pripremu, tisak i doradu kroz konkretan primjer proizvodnje NCR blokova. Prvotno će se razgraničiti pojam tiskarskih tehnika te objasniti plošni (ofsetni) tisak koji se koristi za otiskivanje blokova. Potom će se objasniti pojam NCR blokova te njihova primjena u svakodnevici. Svaka faza proizvodnje (priprema, tisak, dorada) popraćena je detaljnim objašnjenjima potrebnih koraka da se one realiziraju, kao i praktičnim primjerima i izračunima. Grafička priprema uključuje faze prijema materijala, utvrđivanja snimka proizvoda, izračuna količine potrebnog materijala (papira, kartona) za izradu blokova, izračuna količine potrebnog bojila te izrade tiskovne forme. Nakon toga opisana je faza ofsetnog tiska blokova. Potom se prelazi na doradu. Kod dorade su objašnjeni postupci kao što su perforacija, numeracija, sabiranje, uvez, razrezivanje. Naposljetku je prikazan finalni proizvod.
Abstract (english)
This paper will follow all stages of graphic production, including prepress, printing, and finishing, through a concrete example of producing NCR pads. Initially, the concept of printing techniques will be delineated, and the offset printing method used for printing the forms will be explained. Then, the concept of NCR pads and their everyday application will be discussed. Each production stage (prepress, printing, finishing) is accompanied by detailed explanations of the necessary steps to complete them, along with practical examples. The graphic prepress includes the stages of receiving materials and determining the product layout. After that, the offset printing stage of the forms is described. Then, the paper moves on to finishing. In the finishing section, processes such as perforation, numbering, gathering, binding, and trimming are explained. Finally, the final product is presented.
