This final thesis describes the process of performing construction work for the building of the Milan Amruš Primary School in Slavonski Brod. Using project documentation, we first elaborated on the technical description of the building, covering aspects such as location, plot size, purpose, gross and net building areas, and similar details. After the technical description, I analyzed the construction technology used for the rough construction work. The technology is described based on my ten months of work experience on the project, supported by photographs I took on the construction site during the building process. The construction site layout was developed according to the actual conditions on the site. I then presented the construction board and explained what information it must contain in accordance with construction law. Following the construction board, I performed a cost analysis for the construction work on section B and compared it with the contractual bill of quantities provided by the company. Using the quantities from the contractual bill of quantities, I calculated the duration of the activities in days, which I graphically represented in the form of a Gantt chart.
