Abstract U Hrvatskoj postoje brojne komparativne prednosti što se tiče turizma, prije
svega to su prirodni resursi (more, obala, planine, klima, kulturno-povijesna
baština i drugo). Kako bi te komparativne prednosti postale konkurentske
prednosti potrebno je znati njima upravljati. Masovni turizam uz koji se vežu
more i sunce gubi na svojoj popularnosti, dok sve atraktivniji postaju
selektivni oblici turizma. Poznati su mnogi selektivni oblici turizma koji
pridonose održivom razvoju Hrvatske. Sam održivi razvoj je imperativ za
poboljšanje turističkog tržišta koji zahtjeva stalnu nadogradnju i također je
uvjet za opći razvoj turizma i turističke ponude. Vinski turizam je relativno
novi trend koji se naglo razvio 1990-tih godina, a možemo reći da je to posjet
vinogradima, vinarijama, gdje su kušanje vina i doživljaj vina primarni
motivirajući faktor. Međutim, vinski turizam može biti i oblik turizma koji ne
uključuje samo degustaciju vina na mjestima izvan mjesta stalnog boravka,
već uključuje niz različitih aktivnosti kao što su posjete vinogradima i
vinarijama u određene vinogradarskene regije.
U ovom radu bit će objašnjen i definiran sam pojam turizma, njegova povijest
nastanka, razvoj i značenje turizma, te funkcije turizma. Objasnit će prelazak
iz masovnog u selektivni oblik turizma, te vinski turizam kao podoblik
selektivnog. Isto tako definirat će se vinske ceste kao jedna od ponuda
vinskog turizma u Hrvatskoj i gastronomija i enologaija u vinskom turizmu. U
radu će se spominjati i analiza vinskih cesta Virovitičko-podravske županije
koje su ujedno i primjer u radu, a na kraju rada bit će navedene turistčke
ponude vinskih cesta Virovitičko-podravske županije.
Abstract (english) There are many competitive advantages when it comes to tourism in Croatia,
primarily to natural resources. In order to become competitive advantage, it
is necessary to know how to administer with the mentioned comparative
advantage. Mass tourism which binds the sea and the sun is losing its
popularity, but in the same time, selective forms of tourism become more
attractive. There are many selective forms of tourism which contribute to the
sustainable development of Croatia. The sustainable development is the
imperative for improving the tourism market which requires constant
upgrading, what is more, it is a requirement for the development of tourism
and tourist attractions in the same time. Wine tourism is a relatively new
trend in tourism, which has been developed rapidly in the 1990s, and
includes visiting vineyards, wineries where a wine tasting and a wine
experiencing are primary motivating factors. However, wine tourism can be a
feature of tourism that not only includes wine tasting at places outside the
place of permanent residence, but involves variety of activities such as visits
to vineyards and wineries in certain wine growing regions.
In this work will be explained and defined concept of tourism, its history of
creation, development and significance of tourism, and tourism functions. In
the thesis will be interpreted the transition from the mass selective forms of
tourism and wine tourism as a subgroup of selective tourism. Further, there
will be defined wine roads as one of the many offers of the wine tourism in
Croatia, as well as the gastronomy and the enology of the wine tourism. In
the work will be mentioned the analysis of the wine roads in Virovitičkopodravska
county, which are also the example in the paper. At the end of the
work will be listed tourist offer of the wine roads from Virovitičkopodravska
county.
