Abstract
Završni rad započinje s upoznavanjem tvrtke Centrometal, u kojoj se izrađuje hidroforska posuda. Posuda se izrađuje po normi za tlačne posude.Prema normi za tlačne posude provedena je analiza konstrukcije hidroforske posude. Kao glavni dio analize uzima se proračun debljine stijenke plašta i podnice koji je izvučen iz norme EN 13445. Nakon što je izveden proračun, objašnjeno je TIG zavarivanje kojim se zavaruje hidroforska posuda.U nastavku je objašnjen proces izrade tlačne posude te su ukratko napomenute kontrole koje se odvijaju i atestirane WPS liste zavara koji se nalaze na hidroforskoj posudi.
Abstract (english)
Final work begins with getting to know the company Centrometal, which is making pressure vessel container. The container is made according to the standard for pressure vessels.According to the norms for pressure vessels, an analysis of the construction of the water power of the vessel is performed. The main part of analyses is considered to be calculation thickness of cylindrical shell and bottom of the pot that is pulled out of the norm EN 13445. Having implemented calculation, the TIG welding of the water pump container is explained.Below is explained the process of making the pressure vessel with a brief list of control and tested WPS list welds that are on pressure vessel container.
