Abstract
Ovaj rad pojašnjava načine mjerenja i kontrole hrapavosti pjeskarenih površina. U radu se prikazuju tri metode mjerenja. Rad se sastoji od dva djela: • Teoretski dio • Praktični dio U teorijskom djelu pojašnjene su vrste mjernih tehnika, stanja tehničkih površina te vrste grešaka koje se javljaju na samoj površini, bazirao sam se na stanje čeličnih površina, definiran je pojam hrapavosti, označavanje hrapavosti te istaknuti su osnovni parametri hrapavosti. Pošto je u praktičnom djelu mjerena hrapavost pjeskarenih površina, spomenuta je površinska zaštita materijala te njezin utjecaj na hrapavost površine. Na kraju teorijskog djela pojašnjene su metode mjerenja hrapavosti pjeskarenih površina. U praktičnom djelu mjerena je hrapavost pjeskarenih površina na tri različita proizvoda. Radi se o čeličnome limu, poklopcu valovitog kotla i poklopcu velikih kotlova. Svaki proizvod mjeren je sa tri metode: usporednim pločicama (komparatorom), testex (replika) trakicama te mjernim uređajem s ticalom MahrSurf PS1. Također, izmjerena je hrapavost prirubnice pomoću mjernog uređaja nakon operacije tokarenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains how to measure and control roughness of sanded surfaces. This paper presents three methods of measurement. The work consists of two works: • Theoretical part • Practical part In the theoretical part, the types of measurement techniques, the state of the technical surfaces and the types of errors occurring on the surface have been clarified, based on the state of the steel surfaces, the definition of roughness, roughness designation, and the basic parameters of roughness. Since roughness of blasted surfaces is measured in the practical part, the surface protection of the material and its impact on the roughness of the surface are mentioned. At the end of the theoretical work, methods of roughness measurement of sandblasted surfaces have been clarified. In the practical part, roughness of sanded surfaces was measured on three different products. They are steel plate, corrugated bonnet lid, and large boiler lid. Each product was measured with three methods: parallel plates (comparator), testex (replica) straps and a measuring device with the MahrSurf PS1. Also, the flange roughness was measured with the measuring device after the turning operation
