Abstract
U ovom završnom radu ću se osvrnuti na NDT metode - metode ispitivanja bez razaranja. Opisat ću općenito što su NDT metode, koje se najčešće koriste, njihovu primjenu, prednosti i nedostatke. Predmeti ispitivanja moraju zadovoljiti eksploatacijske uvjete kojim su podvrgnuti. NDT ispitivanjima se mogu otkriti mogući nedostaci ili pogreške koje bi mogle uzrokovati kvarove u eksploataciji. Danica d.o.o., Koprivnica, je mesna industrija koja se bavi preradom mesa. Jedan od proizvoda je i pašteta. Kako bi pašteta nastala, potrebno je sirovo meso podvrgnuti preradi, tj.obradi kako bi se iz krutih smrznutih blokova dobilo mesno tijesto koje daljnjom termičkom obradom postaje pašteta. Kako bi se to postiglo, koristi se stroj CutMaster V500 koji koristi kutterske noževe za siječenje tog mesa. Osvrnut ću se na zahtjeve koji su potrebni da bi noževi pravilno vršili svoju funkciju, te načine na koji se noževi kontroliraju i bruse. Prikazane su moguće pogreške koje se javljaju uslijed eksploatacije te primjena vizualne metode i ispitivanje penetrantima.
Abstract (english)
In this paper I will make a review on NDT methods - non destructive methods testing. I will decribe what NDT methods in general are, which are most frequently used, their appliance, advantages and disadvantages. The objects of testing have to satisfy the exploatation conditions they are submissed to. NDT testings can reveal possible faults that can lead to failures in the exploatation. Danica d.o.o. Koprivnica is a meat industry that works meat. One of the products is meat pasty. In order to make pasty, raw meat must be worked from frozen blocks of meat to a meat dough which is then thermaly worked and becomes pasty. To achieve that, the machine CutMaster – V500, which uses cutter knives, is used to slice the meat. I will review the demands which are neccessary so that the knives could perform their function and the ways that the knives are tested and grinded. Some possible faulties that occur during the exploatation and the use of visual and penetrant testing is shown.
