In this final work, the construction part and the part of the architectural arrangement of the "Aquacity" beach at Lake Motičnjak in Varaždin is presented. In addition to the technical part, the work contains photographs that show the state of any pre-performed works and some photos after initial work. The work contains special building conditions issued by individual bodies with accompanying notices. The existing status of the subject location is shown, i.e. the cadastral plan for the cadastral plot on which the area is planned. The technical description shows the project task and the technical solution, i.e. the description of the planned procedure with technical sketches and all phases of the operation itself. It also shows the cost of beach decoration work. More detailed description is of the phase of humus removal and placement of the placenta, the materials and the installment and also the additional contents that will be placed on the arranged beach. Furthermore, the situation of the beach arrangement or cadastral plan of the cadastral plot with the planned intervention in the space. To prepare this final work, the project documentation for which the building permit was obtained was used in the literature, and the execution of the beach arrangement is in progress.
