Abstract
U ovom završnom radu teorijski je obrađena tematika vezana uz poremećaje u prijenosnom elektroenergetskom sustavu, te smjernice za ponovnu uspostavu stabilnog pogonskog stanja u slučaju eventualnog raspada sustava. Glavni dio rada je izrada prijedloga postupka za uspostavu elektroenergetskog sustava nakon djelomičnog ili potpunog raspada na način da se u konačnici smanji ukupno vrijeme potrebno za uspostavljanje sustava obzirom na postojeće procedure. Cilj ovog rada bio je opisati proceduru ponovne uspostave sustava, prikazati što sve može utjecati na rad sustava, kakve će to posljedice ostaviti na sustav, te mjere koje se mogu ili moraju poduzeti kako bi se poremećaj izbjegao ili ograničio.
Abstract (english)
This final paper theoretically deals with the topic related to disturbances in the transmission power system, and guidelines for the restoration to a stable operating state in the event of a possible breakdown. The main part of the paper drafted a proposal for the procedure for the adoption of the system after the partial or complete breakdown in a way that ultimately reduces the total time required to establish the system in the existing procedure. The aim of this paper was to describe the system re-establishment procedure, show what all can affect the operation of the system, and what consequences will be left to the system, and the measures that can be taken to avoid or limit disruptions.
