Abstract
Tema završnog rada je Lean metodologija i industrija 4.0. kao primjer uvođenja digitalizacije u poduzeće Centrometal d.o.o. Nakon nekoliko uvodnih riječi slijedi priča o Lean metodologiji koja je danas najpoznatiji alat za proizvodnju s malim gubitcima. Tvrtke koje žele u današnje vrijeme opstati načinom proizvodnje svakako moraju gledati na moguća poboljšanja. Poboljšanja su potrebna u svakom pogledu i nikad ne možemo postići vrhunac jer uvijek se može bolje i prema tome trebaju težiti tvrtke koje žele konkurirati na tržištu. U radu također govorimo o novoj industrijskoj revoluciji koju još nazivamo Industrija 4.0. koja je već nekoliko godina aktivna. U tome djelu govorit ćemo o digitalizaciji u proizvodnji te koje prednosti donosi uvođenje takvog sustava u proizvodnju. Digitalizacija je jedan od glavnih promjena koje donosi Industrija 4.0.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is Lean Methodology and Industry 4.0. as an example of the introduction of digitalization in the company Centrometal d.o.o. After a few introductory words, the story of the Lean methodology, which is today the most famous tool for low-loss production, follows. Companies that want to survive in the way of production nowadays must certainly look for possible improvements. Improvements are needed in every way and we can never reach the pinnacle because we can always do better and therefore companies that want to compete in the market should strive. In this paper, we also talk about a new industrial revolution, which we also call Industry 4.0. which has been active for several years. In this part, we will talk about digitalization in production and what are the advantages of introducing such a system in production. Digitization is one of the major changes brought about by Industry 4.0.
