Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je odrediti utjecaj aktivacijskih premaza na zavarljivost bakra. Za zavarivanje je korišten automatizirani A-TIG postupak zavarivanja tokom kojeg su se mijenjali sastavi aktivacijskih premaza, jačina struje zavarivanja i brzina zavarivanja. U prvom dijelu diplomskog rada nalazi se teorijski dio vezan uz bakar i bakrene legure. U ovom dijelu opisuju se kemijska i fizikalna svojstva čistog bakra ali isto tako i legure bakra, tj. podjela na legure bakra s cinkom i legure bakra bez cinka. te na kraju opis svojstva zavarljivosti bakra. Nakon toga slijedi uvod u postupak zavarivanja i podjela elektrolučnog zavarivanja netaljivom volframovom elektrodom sa zaštitnim plinom prema normi HRN EN ISO 4063. U nastavku se detaljnije obrađuje TIG (eng. Tungsten Inert Gas) postupak zavarivanja i nakon toga A-TIG zavarivanje koje se koristi u eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog diplomskog rada. U drugom dijelu diplomskog rada ili tzv. eksperimentalnom dijelu opisuje se postupak zavarivanja bakra A-TIG postupkom ovisno o vrsti (sastavu) aktivacijskog premaza i brzini zavarivanja. U početnom dijelu drugog dijela diplomskog rada opisani je uređaj za automatsko A-TIG zavarivanje i korišteni aktivacijski premazi. Nakon toga dolazi se do eksperimentalnog dijela gdje se vrši zavarivanje bakrenih uzoraka i na kraju ispitivanje kvalitete zavara.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to determine the impact of activation coating weldability of copper. For welding was used automated A-TIG welding procedure during which were changed activation coating compositions, welding current strength and the welding speed. First part of thesis contains theoretical part related to copper and copper alloys. This section describes the chemical and physical properties of pure copper and as well as copper alloys, divided into copper alloys with zinc and copper allyos without zinc and finally a description of the weldability properties of copper. This is followed by and introduction to the welding process and the division of welding according to the standard HRN EN ISO 4063. Furthermore, TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding procedure is described more detailed and after that A-TIG welding which is used in experimental part of this thesis. Second part of thesis, experimental part, describes the A-TIG process of welding copper depending on the type (composition) of the activation coating and the speed of welding. In the initial part of the second part of the thesis, the device for automatic A-TIG welding and used activation coatings are described. Afther that, the experimental part is performed, which include welding of copper samples and finally testing the weld quality.
