Abstract
Tehnologija zavarivanja spada u najzastupljeniju tehnologiju spajanja materijala u industriji. U ovom diplomskom radu, u njegovom teorijskom dijelu, opisan je pojam, a zatim i podjela postupaka zavarivanja. Opisana je i metalurgija zavarivanja, a posebna je pozornost pridana parametrima zavarivanja MIG/MAG postupkom. Nakon dijela o zavarivanju, opisana su svojstva i primjena čelika S690QL te njegovo ponašanje prilikom zavarivanja MAG postupkom. Eksperimentalni dio diplomskog rada donosi opis provedbe i rezultate ispitivanja utjecaja dviju različitih kombinacija parametara zavarivanja na mikrostrukturu i mehanička svojstva zavara i zone utjecaja topline. Ispitivanje je obuhvatilo zavarivanje dva ispitna uzorka pomoću ručnog MAG postupka pod zaštitom jednakih plinskih mješavina i dodatnog materijala, ali različitih temperatura predgrijavanja.
Abstract (english)
Welding technology is one of the most common material joining technology in the industry. In this thesis, in its theoretical part, the concept of welding is described, and then the division of welding procedures. Welding metallurgy is also described, and special attention is paid to the parameters of MIG / MAG welding. After the section on welding, the properties and applications of S690QL steel and its behavior during MAG welding are described. The experimental part of the master thesis brings a description of the implementation of testing and test results of the influence of two different combinations of welding parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld seam and heat affected zones. The testings included welding of two test specimens using a manual MAG process under the protection of the same gas mixtures and filler material, but different temperature of preheating.
