Abstract
U ovome radu široko su obrađeni procesi proizvodnje krumpira u OPG-u. Svaki proces je precizno opisan postupkom te svaki od njih prati slika kojom si možemo lakše predočiti sve ono što je opisano. Procese kao što su obrada tla, priprema sjemena za sadnju, samu sadnju, tretiranja, berbu, skladištenje, pakiranje te na kraju samu prodaju i transport pokušala sam objasniti na primjeru nekoliko tvrtki, odnosno većih i manjih OPG-ova na području dijela Međimurja gdje se intenzivno proizvodi krumpir, a i ostalo povrće kao i određene žitarice i uljarice. Za proizvodnju ovog povrća najprije, a možda čak i najviše je bitna obrada samog tla na koje ćemo povrće staviti da bi ono što kvalitetnije moglo napredovati u svom razvoju i rastu.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, potato production processes in the family farm are widely processed. Each process is precisely described by the procedure and each of them is accompanied by an image that makes it easier to visualize everything that is described. I tried to explain processes such as tillage, seed preparation for planting, planting itself, treatments, harvesting, storage, packaging and finally the sale and transportation itself on the example of several companies, i.e. larger and smaller family farms in the area of the part of Međimurje where potatoes are intensively produced, as well as other vegetables as well as certain cereals and oilseeds. For the production of this vegetable first, and perhaps even the most important is the processing of the soil itself on which we will put the vegetables so that what can progress in its development and growth as well as possible.
