Abstract
Ovaj završni rad podijeljen je na nekoliko cjelina. U prvom dijelu ukratko su opisane NDT metode, razrađena je fizika ultrazvuka koja obuhvaća harmonijsko titranje, vrste valova i osnovne akustične parametre te refleksiju i prelamanje valova. Nakon toga slijedi upoznavanje sa ultrazvučnom opremom, od ultrazvučnog uređaja, vrstama sondi do kontaktnog sredstva. Na kraju teorijskog dijela ilustrirane su tri ultrazvučne metode, pojašnjeni najznačajniji prikazi signala i opisana je priprema ultrazvučnog sustava za ispitivanje. Na kraju završnog rada nalazi se eksperimentalni dio u kojem je izveden postupak ispitivanja zavara.
Abstract (english)
This final paper is divided in several parts. In the first part, NDT methods are shortly described, the physics of ultrasound, which includes harmonic vibrations, types of ultrasonic wawes and basic acoustic parameters, as well as reflection and refraction of ultrasonic wawes, is elaborated. The following is introdutction to the ultrasound equipment, all the way from the ultrasound device, type of probes to couplant. At the end of theoretical part, three ultrasound methods are presented, the most common data presentations are explained, and the preparation for ultrasonic testing is described. At the end of the final paper, there is an experimental part in which the welding test procedure was performed.
