Abstract HE Čakovec je višenamjenska hidroelektrana koja osim proizvodnje električne energije brani zemljište i naselja od poplava i erozivnog djelovanja rijeke, odvodnjuje prekomjerno vlažno zemljište, stvara uvjete za gravitacijsku odvodnju doline i gravitacijsko natapanje zemljišta, te uvjete za razvoj razonode, izletništva i športa. Glavni objekti hidroelektrane su akumulacijsko jezero, nasuta i betonska(pokretna) brana, dovodni kanal, strojarnica i odvodni kanal. Akumulacijsko jezero ostvareno je obodnim nasipima te nasutom i betonskom(pokretnom) branom. Tehnički, akumulacijsko jezero može se podijeliti na jezero, obodne nasipe i drenažne jarke. Obodni nasipi akumulacijskog jezera izvedeni su od uvaljanog šljunka. Asfalt-betonska obloga nasipa akumulacije i dovodnog kanala ukupne debljine 10cm nalazi se na unutarnjim pokosima nasipa. Asfalt-betonska obloga izvedena je u dva sloja. Donji sloj je nosivi i izravnavajući, a gornji sloj vodonepropusni. Oblogom se postiže vodonepropusnost nasipa i osigurava nasip od erozije valova u jezeru.
Ovim Diplomskim radom će se napraviti prikaz oštećenja asfalt-betonske obloge nasipa akumulacije koja su nastala uslijed djelovanja leda u zimskim mjesecima, te djelovanjem valova i ostalih utjecaja. Prikazati će se povijest istražnih radova od početka rada hidroelektrane, sanacije probnih dionica, izbor tehnologije, te Projekt sanacije zamjene asfalt-betonske obloge iz 2017. godine, kao i samo izvođenje radova tog Projekta. Biti će prikazana i kontrola izvedenih radova tog Projekta.
Abstract (english) HPP Čakovec is a multi-purpose hydroelectric power plant that, in addition to producing electricity, protects land and settlements from floods and the erosive effects of the river, drains excessively wet land, creates conditions for gravity drainage of the valley and gravity soaking of the land, as well as conditions for the development of leisure, excursions and sports. The main facilities of the hydroelectric power plant are the storage lake, the embankment and the concrete (movable) dam, the supply channel, the machine room and the drainage channel. The storage lake was created with peripheral embankments and a concrete (movable) dam. Technically, a reservoir lake can be divided into a lake, peripheral embankments and drainage ditches. The surrounding embankments of the reservoir lake are made of rolled gravel. Asphalt-concrete coating of the reservoir embankment and supply channel with a total thickness of 10 cm is located on the inner slopes of the embankment. The asphalt-concrete coating is made in two layers. The lower layer is load-bearing and leveling, and the upper layer is waterproof. The coating makes the embankment watertight and protects the embankment from wave erosion in the lake.
This thesis will present the damage to the asphalt-concrete lining of the reservoir embankment caused by the action of ice in the winter months, as well as by the action of waves and other influences. The history of the investigation works since the beginning of the hydroelectric power plant, the rehabilitation of test sections, the choice of technology, and the rehabilitation project of replacing the asphalt-concrete lining from 2017, as well as the execution of the project itself, will be presented. The control of the completed works of that Project will also be shown.
