The aim of this finishing work is analysis of project that consider organization and construction of production workshop in place Donja Zelina in which workers will perform treatment of the clipboard which purpose is to be used in furniture industry. The subject of this work is settled in location k.o. Blaževdol, and with its total area of 2257,80 m2 makes 27,57% of total area in the land. The accomodation of the building on area is visible from situation that is attached in this work.The first part is related to technical details of building after which continues with explanation of tehnology of construction works which provides details of method of execution works , machines that are used etc. Also here is analysis of the existing scheme of construction without it is imposible even to start work. After detail analysis the conclusion provides the need of completly new and better sheme construction site which at the end was made.Making analysis for some works and with repetition of the same provides total amount of all construction works without PDV which size is 2 255 176,30 kn, while the price of construction work by metre square is 998,84 kn. The total duration of construction work based on the futures plan is 128 days or from june until november 2017.
