The topic of this master´s on tehnical diagnosis od earthquake affected residential buildings. Earthquakes are daily presence, specially are dangerous strong ones that happens in the cities near the seismically active zones. The conception of the initial part is presenting to us all general ideas witch are connected to the earthquick ande who are valued and who are significant for easier diagnosis, and for better improvement of some building . As we are entering into the core of structure or building we are coming across with many consequences of earthquick with are not only expressed with splitting, splitters and cracking or damages already they are wider in certain in one way in front of earthquick wave. Inclusive to that comes that construction loses it´s strength and stiffness. And on the final part is described endangered buildings and structures according to used regulation wich uses emergency measures of recovery and primary works witch need to be performed because building of structure can´t be used again in minimum latency. Purpose of recovery is that the construction components of building (foundations, piers, beams, walls, ceillings , roof beams) relate one each other one altogether seamless aplication with a view to case of new earthquick building behave like one whole integrated unit.
