In this paper, basic information about the traditional construction of stone houses, through the basic elements of the building, is presented through the chapters. The existing condition as well as the basic information about the building is one of the prerequisites for further analyzes and projects. The various damages to the building are treated in detail through the textual part and graphical representation through photographs, and in the newly designed state, the methods of rehabilitation are shown and explained, the selected rehabilitation method, as well as all other planned procedures. During creation renovation project, great care was taken to preserve the appearance of the old traditional construction, therefore all the designed solutions are on that track. The space got a new purpose through the organization of the space, and stability through the structural renovation. Graphic attachments of the existing phase as well as the newly designed phase with certain details are defined in this paper. In this paper, a static calculation was made before and after the structural renovation. The calculation was made on the basis of a 3D model and an earthquake simulation.
