The theme of my final paper is based on the entire process of building organization, supported by the theoretical elaboration of each point of the final thesis. The very beginning of the final work is based on the introductory part in which I wrote in general about the construction and project of the organization, then through the table presented information about the subject project. Further elaboration of the final thesis is followed by a detailed description of the construction of the so-called technical description, in which I have the purpose, size, surface, material, workmanship, construction and a number of other information that make up the technical part of the building. With technology of construction works I described what kind of material I used and how I performed each type of work and what equipment was present for the purpose of the construction, after the technology of the construction I showed the layout of the construction site. I have drawn up a construction scheme based on my own observations and knowledge I learned while performing professional practice. I used AutoCad to create a construction scheme that shows a safe and quality way using the space. Using information and quantities from the bill of quantities, I created a price analysis for each item of construction work. Based on the known information, I created a timeline for the construction work, which I presented visually using a gantt chart, which shows us the estimated duration of reconstruction of an apartment building in Zagreb. Based on the prepared work plan, the duration of reconstruction of the residential building in the period from April 1, 2019 to July 22, 2019, is foreseen, in the duration of 94 days.
