In this master´s , an assessment was made of the existing condition of the load-bearing structure of the church of St. Rok in Draškovec. Initially, the analysis of the area where the mentioned building is located was approached, which is an extremely important piece of information for further analysis. In the initial part of the paper are drawn general data on current earthquakes in Croatia. On December 28., at 6:28 AM local time, a strong earthquake of magnitude ML 5.0 occurred near Petrinja. Except from the narrower epicentral area of Petrinja, Sisak and Glina, the earthquake was also felt in the entire area of central Croatia. This earthquake also damaged the load-bearing structure of the church of St. Rok in Draškovac, Međimurje County. The consequences of the earthquake are visible on the building in the form of cracks and fissures. A complete assessment of the existing condition of the load-bearing structure of the church was made, with a detailed inspection and detailed diagnosis of the damage, and the loads acting on the church were calculated; snow, wind and earthquake. After all analyzes and calculations, a proposal of remediation measures was presented with a description of remediation methods and a presentation of the location and dynamics by which remediation would be carried out.
